Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and rinse. Repeat if you need to, then follow with the HG Conditioner. We recommend using three times a week for best results. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.

Massage a small amount into damp hair, concentrating on mid-lengths to ends, and leave on for a few minutes to do its magic. Rinse well – especially at the roots – to prevent build-up. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.
Our products are gentle enough to be used daily, but we don’t recommend over washing as this can dry out your hair and strip the scalp of its natural oils. Therefore, for normal hair types, we recommend washing 1-3 x per week. For dry hair types, we strongly recommend washing 1 x per week.
