how to use

Prep Hair: Detangle damp hair and apply a heat protectant throughout.

Dry to 70-80%: Section hair and glide the brush through each section, brushing until about 70-80% dry.

Style for Volume or Waves:
For sleek volume, wrap hair around the brush at the roots and pull through to the ends with tension. For a gentle wave, wrap hair, hold for 5-10 seconds, then twist out.

Repeat: Continue section by section until hair is fully dry, styled, and volumized as desired.

Please explain why this can’t be used in the uk with an adapter

Our Blowout Brush and Hair tools have been designed for AU households only and can not be used outside the AU with a travel converter, for legal and regulatory reasons. Can you please advise on how to clean the blowout brush? After an year of use it’s quite dirty. Thank you.
Hi Juliana, Thanks so much for getting in touch. Taking care of your Blowout Brush is so important for the longevity of your tool, for endless good hair days. 1. Always unplug and allow to cool before storing in a cool, dry place. 2. Periodically inspect the air intake/filter screen on the bottom of the Blowout Brush and remove any debris that may have accumulated. The build-up may reduce airflow and damage the Blowout Brush. You should be able to remove the debris with your fingers or a dry toothbrush. 3. Do not use any liquids or flammable liquids to clean the Blowout Brush. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean. 4. Do not wrap the cord around the Blowout Brush. This may cause wear to the cord or get damaged. 5. Cleaning brush - Use a comb to slide it under all the stuck hair in the brush, and gently tug upwards until it's loosened out of the bristles. If there isn't that much hair, you can easily pull out whatever is left with your hand, after each time you brush your hair. How to care for the product? How to keep it clean? I can take off the hair stuck, but it also gathers dust and dirt sometimes, which I find hard to clean. Any suggestions?

Here’s a few easy tips: Always unplug and let it cool down before storing it somewhere cool and dry—your brush deserves a comfy home too! Check the air intake/filter screen at the bottom now and then, and clear away any debris. You can use your fingers or a dry toothbrush to gently remove it—easy peasy! Skip the liquids! Just wipe your brush with a soft, dry cloth to keep it looking fresh. Avoid wrapping the cord around the brush, as it can wear out over time (we want that cord to last!). To clean the bristles, grab a comb and gently lift any hair stuck in there. If there’s only a little, you can just use your fingers to pull it out after each use—so simple! What is your warranty period? I bought the brush in April 2022, and loved it. However lastnight it made a strange noise, squeeky, then I saw sparks and it smelled like something burned! Obviously I immediately unplugged it, and continued to dry my hair with my hairdryer that has served me without failure for over 15 years! I purchased directly from the website!
