how to use

  • Start with towel-dried hair.
  • Comb through and apply HG Heat Protect Spray (sold separately) to hair.
  • Turn on brush and select desired heat and speed settings.
  • Section hair and dry a small section at a time.
  • Place brush underneath each section, near the scalp, and slowly work down until hair is dry.
  • Repeat until all hair is dry.
  • For volume at the roots, use horizontally at the crown.

"Hi there, I previously had the large size of this brush and really liked its performance. However, it was a bit too large for me to handle comfortably due to some arm issues. I then purchased the smaller size, and while the performance is almost as good, I’ve noticed a burnt smell when using it. It doesn’t smell like hair burning, but more like an electrical or plastic smell. I’ve been using it for about a month now. Just wanted to check if this is normal or if it might be a fault. Disappointing experience

"The first mini-blowout-brush delivered to me malfunctioned badly and was impossible to use. Emailing customer service was the first step in a multi-faceted process to get a replacement, which arrived about three weeks later with no apology and no ‘sweet something’ extra to make up for the initial disappointment I experienced, let alone the inconvenience and time taken on my part to sort out having received a dud product! Come on guys, surely you could have apologised and then sweetened a sour start to our relationship! Ultimately 3/5 for the product, 2/5 for service (swift with emails at least), 5/5 for hype!"
