"Worst product iv usef from you. I have to use 7 pumps twice when i wash my very thin fine shoulder length hair, it feels scratchy, rough n does not lather up at all. Conditioner is ok but my hair is feeling worse dry n brittle since iv been using this product. I used a different one last purchase, that was ok. Also our watet is hard n chloribated in Perth but i would not expect this result."
