Good at first but dry hair out afterwards

"I have been using this duo for 3 years or so, it worked well. My hair grew longer quickly, smelled nice and volumised. I have a normal type hair, but getting thin as my age or hormonal things. Using this duo helped my grow quickly, I could see baby hairs. After awhile I found out that this duo dry out my hair and fell out as my hairdresser said, also felt coarse. And now I have stopped using this since few months ago, I used different shampoos and my hair and scalp are healthier since, no coarse hair, smooth and hydrates. I don't care about any thinning shampoos anymore as long as my scalp is clean as it supports my hair growth. This duo is very expensive too."

Anti thinning

"Just started this pairs not long ago. It seems to perform what it says. The only opinion if I may suggest is that, if Bondi Boost can improve on the dispenser. Instead of once unlocked it, the spout will popped up and stay unlocked. It is not convenient to bring along for travel and the pump will release the shampoo n conditioner. It get messy and the dispenser will get snap easily. If it can use the type that you can turned to unlock and pump out the liquid or conditioner, and turned to lock and anti pump type like what the Ouail's hair conditioner and oil are using. It will make perfect for travel especially for the 300ml range. Thanks 😊"

Do any of your products contain saw palmetto, red clover or maca? I use to add conditioner to my scalp and lived the tingling. My hair was growing. Now it says to add to mig shaft to ends? Can I continue to add this to my scalp? Did the formula change?: Hi Rebecca, Our formula has not changed for the HG Conditioner. We usually recommend applying only to the mid-lengths and ends to prevent build up and oiliness on the scalp. If you see best results applying the conditioner all the way up to the scalp, please feel free to continue doing so, and ensure you rinse well. - Angie from the CS Team
I am interested in using both the HG shampoo and conditioner however, I am a little hesitant after looking at the ingredients. I've noticed that you all use "Alcohol Denat." and "Isopropyl Alcohol". In my experiences with skincare products, I've found these ingredients to be drying to my skin. On the HG Shampoo ingredient list, these two are listed more towards the bottom so I may be okay with that. However with the conditioner, isopropyl alcohol is the 7th ingredient from the top. My hair is thinning, but I'm scared that this may make matters worse. I also have noticed these ingredient on your other shampoos and conditioners. Is there any way someone could clarify why these two ingredients are used and if other people have found the HG conditioner to be too drying for them?: Hi Jashawn, Thanks for reaching out! Our formulation has not changed or been updated. All ingredients that are made of complexes will be listed down on the ingredients list, and ingredients will now be listed as their INCI name.
