Blowout Mode combines powerful airflow + infrared heat to dry and style damp hair for smooth, bouncy volume. Thermal Styler Mode is silent and airflow-free, using infrared heat to shape, add movement and refresh dry hair only, perfect for finishing your style or touch-up days.

An oversized oval barrel builds bouncy volume, while rounded anti-tug bristles glide with less tugging. Plus, dual voltage makes it ready to style wherever you go.

how to use

1. PREP​

Start with towel-dried, detangled hair. Apply heat protectant and section hair. Slide the power switch up to activate the infrared technology.​

2. BLOW IT OUT (wet hair)​

Press and hold the Blowout Mode button for 3 seconds to activate. Short press to cycle through the three airflow settings. The number of lights illuminated indicates your setting: 1 = Low, 2 = Medium, 3 = High.​

Starting at the roots, slowly glide through each section while rotating the barrel for smoothness, lift and volume. Continue until hair is completely dry and styled.​

3. STYLE OR REFRESH (dry hair)​

Press and hold the Thermal Styler Mode button for 3 seconds to activate. Short press to cycle through the three heat settings. The number of lights illuminated indicates your setting: 1 = 350°F, 2 = 400°F, 3 = 450°F.​

On dry hair, use the heated barrel to shape ends, add movement, smooth and tame frizz, or revive volume. Use straight after your blowout for finishing touches, or on the days that follow to refresh your style.​

CHOOSE YOUR HEAT:​

350°F — Fine or delicate hair – level 1​400°F — Medium or textured hair – 2 lights​450°F — Thick, coarse or resistant hair – 3 lights​

Start low and increase heat only as needed.​

IMPORTANT: Thermal Styler Mode is for dry hair only. Do not use on wet or damp hair.​

Can I use it on wet or dry hair?

Both, one mode at a time. Use Blowout Mode on towel-dried, damp hair (not dripping wet) to dry and style. Use Thermal Styler Mode on completely dry hair only, for shaping, smoothing and touch-ups. The two modes can’t run at the same time.

What’s the difference between the two modes?

Blowout Mode uses airflow and Infrared heat to dry and style damp hair, with low, medium and high airflow speeds. Thermal Styler Mode turns the airflow off, so it’s silent, and uses the heated barrel to shape, smooth and refresh dry hair, with 350°F, 400°F and 450°F heat options. There’s no temperature lock, but you have to press and hold to switch modes, so you won’t change them by accident.

Is it good for my hair type?

Yes. It’s designed for all hair types:

  • Thick, coarse or frizz-prone: the ceramic-coated barrel, ionic technology and infrared heat help smooth frizz for a shiny finish.
  • Fine: Blowout Mode builds volume and body. Start on the lowest heat setting.

Will it create curls?

The 55mm/2.2 in. oversized oval barrel is designed for volume, movement and a soft blowout shape rather than a tight curl.

How is it different from the Infrared Thermal Brush and Blowout Brush?

It combines both tools in one: an Infrared blowout with airflow and heat, plus heat-only Infrared styling for dry hair. It also has new anti-tug bristles. They’re aloe-infused and rounded to glide through hair with less pulling and snagging. And it’s dual voltage.

Is it safe for daily use?

Yes, when used as directed. Use a heat protectant, choose the right temperature for your hair type, and start low. The tool also shuts off automatically after 60 minutes.

Can I travel with it?

Yes, it’s dual voltage. You may still need a plug adapter depending on where you’re going.

How do I clean it?

Unplug it and let it cool completely. Remove hair from the bristles with your fingers, a pointed styling comb or a brush. Remove the bottom cover to clean the air filter.
